Not exactly for the faint of heart, our potent sloe gin is sweet and sophisticated in equal measure. Handcrafted in small batches using Tasmanian sloe berries, this lively spirit is steeped in our gin featuring star anise, coriander seeds, and cardamon to convey classic and complex overtones. The ruby red Princess Sloe is strong enough to be sipped on the rocks, or just as delightful blended with bubbles, soda, or both!
